It really frees me up to be more creative with the takes when I know I can recreate the performance the same way each time (which saves a stupid amount of time vs re-playing the parts). I know for a lot of people none of this is new news, but the smaller studios I messed around with when I was younger never used this technology. Followed the instructions from the Sean Halley clip on youtube but no signal is being recorded for the reamp track. Global settings are set to USB 7 and 8 for guitar and mic respectively.

I finally got around to picking up a Radial X-Amp and this thing is a game changer! I’ve never played around with this setup before and I love the flexibility.
